Our commitment to transparency, safety, and privacy for families, children, churches, and visitors of Original Design (desenhooriginal.com).
The Original Design portal (accessible at https://desenhooriginal.com and https://desenhooriginal.com.br), encompassing Desenho Original, Desenho Original Família, Original Design Family, and Diseño Original Familia, is a free, publicly accessible Christian music and educational platform.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when browsing our website and how our official integrations with third-party services operate, in full compliance with GDPR, LGPD, and COPPA.
Original Design does not require user registration, account creation, or personal information to stream song previews, watch embedded videos, or download free educational and worship resources (printable A4 Coloring Books, Chord Charts, and Church Projection Kits).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Basic anonymous technical request data is processed solely to deliver content via Amazon CloudFront CDN and select the interface language (Portuguese, English, or Spanish). Language preference is stored locally in localStorage without cross-site advertising trackers.
Our website embeds official YouTube players to display music videos, sing-along karaoke tracks, and instrumental playbacks. Additionally, our internal publishing tools use YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) exclusively to manage, upload, organize playlists, and synchronize metadata across our own official YouTube channels (@DesenhoOriginal, @DesenhoOriginalFamilia, @OriginalDesignFamily, and @DisenoOriginalFamilia).
Original Design’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We never request OAuth access to the Google or YouTube accounts of public website visitors. OAuth 2.0 credentials used by our internal automation tools are strictly restricted to administering the official channels owned by Original Design.
When watching embedded YouTube videos on our pages, the Google Privacy Policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Original Design does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with data brokers or behavioral advertising networks. Hosting and file delivery are powered by AWS S3 and CloudFront over HTTPS/TLS.
